Hi, I’m Gabby! I’m an instructional designer based in Tallahassee, FL, with a passion for creating clear, intuitive, and engaging learning experiences. My academic foundation includes a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Business and a Master’s degree in Instructional Systems and Learning Technologies from Florida State University. Today, I design and develop online executive education courses for the Stoops Center for Law and Business at the FSU College of Law, where I have built the executive education program from the ground up. Through continuous reflection and iteration, I have strengthened course engagement, learner satisfaction, and my overall instructional design process. Before joining the Stoops Center, I supported online course development at the FSU Office of Distance Learning, served as a Personnel Liaison Associate supporting more than 500 employees at FSU Information Technology Services, and completed multiple HR internships. This blended background in learning design, HR operations, and program support allows me to approach instructional design with a strong process-oriented and learner-centered mindset. I hold certifications in Quality Matters, Human Performance Technology, and Change Management. My technical skills include Articulate 360, Canvas LMS, Adobe Premiere Pro, Qualtrics, and Power BI. Outside of work, I volunteer as a Big Sister with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America. I enjoy painting in the park, long walks, fashion, attending concerts, and spending time with my cat, Meeko. I bring the same creativity and intentionality to planning a concert outfit as I do to designing courses, even when working under tight deadlines.
